Covid19 letter 4/21/20

Dear friends and patients

Another week has gone by and we are still social distancing. There are glimpses of easing up but we continue to wait for more guidance from the governor and the Massachusetts Dental Society. In continuing my efforts to stay in touch, I would like to give you the opportunity to get to know my assisting team members Pierre, Felipe and Martha. They are by my side to take care of us all.

Pierre has been with me for 19 years. He really enjoys getting to know our patients and wants to insure that all patients have an exceptional experience. I know we can all appreciate his sense of humor and wide bright smile. As many of you know, Pierre has a second job working at Trader Joe’s. He has been able to continue to help them during this time. Pierre is also enjoying more time with his wife and three daughters. The entire family has been helping to paint the inside of their house as well as preparing the family garden.

Felipe, Pierre’s younger brother has been with us for 15 years. Many of you know him as is a very kind and gentle individual. He takes his time and is very deliberate. I think you can all pick that up when he is sitting chairside. He also keeps us safe by updating our OSHA standards. He has been enjoying the down time with his wife, son and daughter and trying to keep up with working out 3x week. Both he and Pierre are extremely helpful when it comes to fixing things in the office. They are our “go to / fix it” team when the computers are giving us attitude as well as when our dental equipment is acting out. We rely on them greatly.

We are blessed to have Martha our newest assistant join our team. She has been dental assisting for 15 years but joined us in January. What resonates with me is her love for the job and it shows. She is kind, professional and enthusiastic. She is a hard worker and a team player. At this time she is experiencing a tough time with the department of unemployment and has yet to receive any benefits. At the same time she is anxiously awaiting good weather so she can work in her community garden. I can’t wait for you to meet her!

As noted before, please call the office if you have an emergency. Dr Wang will return your call. As of today, will we reopen on May 5, 2020. But, don’t forget to check your email or Facebook for updates. Many of you who had an appointment that we canceled or have an upcoming appointment will be called a week prior to the reopening. Please be patient as we go through this rescheduling process.

We miss you and look forward to seeing you,

All of us at Premier Dental Group of Wellesley
